Our origins are deeply rooted in community. We started as a project of the Alliance for Sustainability, and after three years of groundbreaking community development work we were ready to become an independent organization focused on community resilience.
We work with community coalitions, city environmental commissions and other environmental thought leaders to curb carbon emissions and meet local and state climate action goals.
We were invited to reimagine and renew the mission of the long-standing Twin Cities Bioneers chapter, Northland Sustainable Solutions. Today RCC carries on a shared vision: people and organizations working together to solve societal problems and foster a community culture in Minnesota committed to sustainability and taking local action to ensure the health and prosperity of residents for generations to come.
