- We’ll start at the entrance to the Minneapolis Rowing Club, 2965 W River Pkwy, Mpls, 55406 at West River Parkway and the Lake Street Bridge. We’ll walk down to the Rowing Club and take the Winchel Trail 1/2 mile north to the the White Sands Beach to visit a stormwater pipe outflow on the south end of the beach
