The RCC network connects citizen coalitions and public commissions that are advancing equity, sustainability, and resilience.

Looking to 2021 as a year of community action through strengthening environmental, human rights, and planning commissions in partnership with staff and public officials.

In Dakota County, we are listening, bridging relationships, building capacity, and acting together as a county of concerned citizens for advancing equitable climate actions creating a premier place in which to live and work.
